“The Hispanic woman helping in the breakfast area and the early-morning desk attendance were super helpful with what we needed. Convenient location and nice breakfast options!”

“Pros: friendly staff, great looking from the outside, pet friendly, meager breakfast but still free, right off the freeway. Cons: low water pressure, hard floors in our room were sticky, bugs and spiders crawling on us while trying to sleep, air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle idling in our room.”

“This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. “Our stay was very disappointing. The room was incredibly dirty...there were dried blood stains on one of the comforters, dirty feetprint in the shower and the vanity shelves holding our towels looked like it hadn't been dusted and cleaned in months. And to top it off, it was so dirty the smell stayed in my pajamas throughout a week long camping trip. “Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!”
