Hotel vicino a Vineyard Beach - Orem

“Expedia sent the wrong address to this property. Of course the property had no help for me when I called to try to find the right place to check in. The property itself was new and clean with a comfortable bed.The road noise in my 2nd floor room was extraordinarily loud and woke me several times despite my noise machine. “We always enjoy our stay here, great staff, great amenities, very comfortable, clean pool, nice hot tub, etc. The only problem we had this time was no bathtub in the room. We needed to bathe a child prior to surgery and there was only a shower in our room, our child does not tolerate showers. ”

“Desperately needs updating - especially in the bathrooms where the grout is literally black in most places, and you practically sit on top of the toilet paper holder (actually measured less than one full inch from the toilet seat)! Great spacious rooms, but terrible use of space. They haven’t had any updates in a long time and it shows!”

“Only negative was bathroom soap etc. Despensers were empty or clogged otherwise for the money the room was solid!”

“There is no open pool or hot tub they no longer provide breakfast the rooms are not very clean and they only provided 1 bar towel 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth as well the room looked ran down the microwave didn’t work the stag which they are understaffed looked overwhelmed and the matince man looked intoxicated and didn’t seem to have the skills for the job very dissatisfied with the stay ”

“The bathtub faucet was leaking, so much wasted water. Our room did not get attended to we used the bag for the ice bucket the first night and it was not replaced. We did get new towels but that was all as far as the room. The air conditioner did not keep the room cool. Food ran out at breakfast and was not replenished.”

“Breakfast was very good, hot food and plenty of it. Staff very friendly and we felt safe with parking and the area.”

“Beautiful place that is well- taken care of. We could hear other guests outside our room as they walked up the stairs, but not once they were in their rooms. Staff was friendly and personable. ”
