“I had a very late arrival and still received prompt attention when I needed access assistance. The room was spotless. Accommodations were spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was an awesome experience traveling solo and needing a place in American Fork for the night. ”

“Floor in room needed mopped, evidence of past spills. The metal frame on metal pedestal bed was noisy getting in and out of bed and the motion sensor room light was annoying to say the least. Not amenable for travelers who get up in the night if traveling with others. Front desk staff was efficient. ”

“Desperately needs updating - especially in the bathrooms where the grout is literally black in most places, and you practically sit on top of the toilet paper holder (actually measured less than one full inch from the toilet seat)! Great spacious rooms, but terrible use of space. They haven’t had any updates in a long time and it shows!”

“Loved the hotel for the most part. My husband and I shared a room with our 2 young adult children. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and responsive. My biggest issue was the frosted glass bathroom door that didn’t lock properly (it had a lock but we couldn’t get it to work). We had to announce to the group when we were going to the bathroom, showering, or changing so no one would look in that direction or walk in. Not a great design choice for a room with multiple beds. ”

“The ice machines were broken, the breakfast was limited and the elevators broke for a period of time but the rooms were clean and it’s a really fun lobby. ”

But still dull breakfast everyday no changes, lack of kitchen staff to refill when out of food or basic things like salt. Gym still broken and no water in the water cooler. “This hotel is alright. Nothing fancy. They do have a restaurant and bar downstairs for food. An ok fitness center, and a small indoor pool. It’s close to the freeway and restaurants but my okay rating comes from what you get for your money compared to other places nearby. We booked 2 hotel rooms for this stay at two different hotels. The other hotel provided free breakfast, had a nicer room, and a full kitchen. Same price. That doesn’t seem like much but it is a big value add. Hilton is always...

“Good stay, not excellent. Facility condition was average, not great as we have come to expect. Needs updating and remodeling. Small repairs such as for the peeling paint from the base boards and broken tile would greatly enhance the overall appeal. Even the bathtub needed repair work done and there was a strand of hair on the toilet seat. Not a good first impression for cleanliness. ”
