“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again.”

When I asked why at the end of the stay the gal on duty just blew it off and said we should have asked anyone or if we wanted our room cleaned more we should have asked for that at the beginning of the stay, they only clean every other day. The floor I was on was also under renovation with dirty carpets and electrical wires sticking out of the walls everywhere. Extremely loud banging from other guests constantly and even all night long for 3 nights. I told the staff and nothing happened. “Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel.”
