“I went there because I love the pool but it was closed and they never told us when we were checking in or on your website. Expedia does not say the pool was closed so I was really upset because it was my 28th anniversary. My husband is a truck driver. He just started his new job and had to ask permission for these days and we didn’t get what we wanted. “Nice place. New”

“Very friendly staff, clean, new hotel.”

“I had to adjust tub so water would drain. Other than that things were ok.”

“Hotels now offer one person on site. Period. They are the front desk person, the kitchen staff and everything. When they go to "lunch" you have to wait for them to return. This includes checking in to your room. You can wait up to 30 minutes to even be acknowledged that you are present at the front desk. And if they are making coffee, you have to guess where they are and/or just wait for them to show back up.”

The only thing that was an issue is my internet kept knocking me off and for some reason, this specific Hampton has crappy internet services. But other than that, everything is a plus! Please change the name to Michelle on this, not Steven!”
