“Staff is super friendly. Getting into the parking can be a bit of a challenge as the entrance is a bit awkward. Plenty of places to eat that are within walking distance if you dont mind hoofing it.”

When the front desk was notified, they said they couldn't help and brushed me away. My mother was in the same room and approached the desk after me and was told the same, asked for management and eventually a front desk staff came to the room with the maintenance person on the phone and tried several...
