Hotel vicino a Thanksgiving Point - Lehi

“Clean room. It was a new hotel. Rooms were very large. Comfortable bed. Close to I 15. Easy access”

“We got there at 4 pm an hour after check in starts and they didn't know what rooms where clean, they were really busy we booked 2 rooms. The staff was very nice but made us wait a while and when I got my room it smelled like cigarettes and I have small children so I had to go back to change my room they were able to give me another room after 15 min, I ended up getting into my room after 5 pm. Sadly when we used the bathtub it didn't seem clean and the carpet had a big stain like puke that had...

“Breakfast was terrible, not stocked very well. Our room needed to be cleaned a 2nd time due to stains, dirty floor, left over hair in bathroom everywhere and the window mechanism for the shade roller was broken and the AC was broken on the bottom and took forever to cool the room down. Only reason we continued our stay was that was the sweet younger night manager was the ONLY PERSON doing it all and we felt terrible for him.”

“Overall good stay, really good breakfast. The issue was the AC in our room wasn't working; the room got up to 78. We let the staff know, and tried a fix the staff suggested which didn't work. I gave them a call after the first night, but they couldn't help us resolve the issue until after we checked out. Hard to sleep when you're sweating.”

“Very clean. Nice little kitchen. Over all very nice. Although there was someone smoking on the third floor so it stank up the whole floor. Also, we needed to use an iron as we were leaving to a wedding in a couple hours and there was no one at the desk to help us. If they close for lunch then they need a sign.”

“The hotel was old and dirty. The hallway smelled like animal urine. Room was gross, carpet stained and looked super dirty. Especially for $150 for a night. Would definitely not stay here again.”
