Perfect for Extended Family Getaway

This house fit our family well. The location was wonderful, with a beautiful beach out our back door. Plus, Haleiwa Beach is just a short drive away. That beach was perfect for the younger kids in our group.The house was very clean. It has an attached in-law suite with separate kitchen and living area. This allowed the grandparents to retreat from the fun as needed.

Would definitely stay here again

My family had a great stay. The location on the beach was fantastic. There was plenty of space in the home for us to spread out. It was clean and comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The A/C was great throughout the entire house. Check-in and communication with the host was great.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We Loved the house being right on the beach. However, very little kitchen supplies. For example I could not find a pair of scissors to cut open bag of food and there were no ziplock bags or foil. There was salt but no pepper. Not sure if that’s normal, but all other houses I’ve stayed in has had this type of stuff.

Review

The house itself was perfect to fit my family. It was advertised as on the beach. However, the stairs to the beach were in disrepair. My 82 year old mother could not access the beach from the property. I would not have chosen this property had I known there was not access to the beach. I have learned from this experience to ask more questions before booking a property in the future. The 3 rating was given because of the inaccessibility to the beach.

Property wasn’t clean when we arrived

Our house wasn’t fully cleaned yet when we arrived at 7:30 pm and we didn’t have an entry code yet. Luckily the property manager responded and got us in. She had cleaners come asap the next morning. Never got a partial refund but was grateful to not be stranded. Property itself was INCREDIBLE. Very spacious and beautiful sunset view each evening.

Needs a little attention

Light bulbs were out in several rooms. Ladder to beach was broken so we couldn't access the beach. Can light fell out, dishwasher cleaning pods didn't work and ice maker did not work (this was disclosed in advance). HOWEVER, the location is amazing and the nearby shops and restaurants were fantastic. Turtle beach is a must see to snorkel. Positives definitely outweighed the negatives!!

Great place to vacation.

Wonderful house. It had plenty of room for all 6 family members that vacationed with us. Turtles came right up to the property swimming around the entire area. It was wonderful to watch them each day that we were there. Plenty to do in the surrounding area.

WHAT A BEAUTY!

This house was amazing! Initially we were a bit apprehensive of booking the property since it lacked reviews. Ultimately we are so happy we stuck with our gut. The location is literally beach front. The house was immaculately clean and spacious and had the best views and privacy. Cathy was very communicative and professional. We can not recommend this house enough. If I had to complain about anything it would be the wish that there were more "beachy" towels to use. Aside from that, you will be doing yourself a disfavor by not visiting this area and booking this house.

Amazing location and beautiful house!

Location is perfect. Turtles are constantly swimming right in front of the house and it's a short walk down the beach to turtle beach where they come ashore to rest. There's also a popular surf spot just a few steps down the beach. House is spatious and the set up was ideal for visiting with friends and family. You could easily spend your entire vacation time never leaving the house, but there is a bunch to do just a short 5-10 min drive: downtown haleiwa, shrimp trucks, sharks cove, waimea valley. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful beachfront home on the north shore!

Visiting from Maui for a long Spring Break weekend, this spacious home provided an excellent place to relax, unwind and recreate. We surfed right out the backyard at a local break, and it was an easy short drive to other surf spots. Lots of places nearby to eat ( we especially enjoyed Banzai Sushi Bar! ) we also dropped by the nearby grocery store and got some breakfast supplies. The fully equipped kitchen was amazing, with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this property for a large family or even two families traveling together because of the size and ability to spread out comfortably. Amazing sunset views, rainbows over the ocean, and long beach walks every day! Our family would stay here again for another vacation!
