“The Grounds, the walkway, the views were all amazing. But I didn't like the spinach in the fridge, the corn behind the toilet, the hair on the ground or the bed, I really did not like the smudges and dirt on the couch nor did I like the popcorn under the fridge and the wardrobe. The dead bugs were somewhat acceptable because that could happen at anytime but honestly I will never go back to that place. It was the price of Four Season's or a Fairmount and was dirtier than a motel 6.”

“It was the perfect get away to celebrate and recuperate! The hosts were readily available. Lovely place! We particularly enjoyed watching the seals play. ”

“Excellent hostess Lili - a wonderful Soul. The breakfasts provided delicious. The Davis Brook Retreat such a serene place for rejuvenation. We spent majority of our time on chaise lounges in the back yard listening to the song birds and wind chimes. A wee disappointment was the pool not really heated. Nowhere in website did it say pool not heated. Managed to get into pool once but not for long - rather cold. Did use hot tub once also. Overall a lovely stay. Will go again.”

“Nice waterfront location next to two pubs. Nice deck and seating. Room was fine, rather small but adequate. We must have forgotten to lock our car door and all items in the car were stolen Friday night (ear buds, vape juice, 2 pair gloves, umbrella, etc.”
