We were slightly disappointed on this visit because there were several kids screaming and splashing in the pool. It would be great to have a sign indicating that it is a quiet zone to preserve the spa-like atmosphere. ”

Even when she couldn’t accommodate us, she gave a concise, respectful and thoughtful response with an alternative solution. You can’t teach that easily so someone is doing something right here !!!
