“Paul was so much help and very nice when the electricity went out in our kids rooms, he was able to find them a room on the same floor. Riley was not kind or helpful during check in, insisting there was nothing available to help us. The food was ok but the same thing everyday.”

“Came for the World Cup. It makes a very good impression. The presentation of the parking area and lobby are excellent. The hotel reception staff are excellent—Ethan deserves special mention. The rooms are very good. The bathrooms and beds are impeccable: clean and looking great. The only slight downside is that the carpets in the hallways and rooms are a bit worn, though still within an acceptable range.
