“Medi, the chef, and his wife, Daniella, run the Inn and gave us both a warm, friendly welcome. The room was tidy and clean and we both had good night's sleeps even though the room was above the pub..I recommend Medi's Eggs Benedict which was fantastic and he also catered in the evening with great home made food - I had the best fish and chips I've had for many a year..I'd recommend the Sunday roast too which was awesome and over generous...and reasonably priced... Next time we're in the area...

“Everything excellent. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and very clean. Everything worked and was convenient. Breakfast is excellent. You have to say what you want for a cooked breakfast the evening before but that isn't a problem at all Lois, our host, was very interested in our itineraries and was very happy to offer advice on whatever plans we add. Ideally located for the popular spots on the Wall, it's unlikely you could find anywhere better for your visit”

“This is an amazing B&B that you can use as a base for exploring Hadrian's Wall. Brain & Gill are great hosts. The room is great with a kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast is self-service, and you have a nice selection of cereals, fruit, juice, milk, bread, coffee, and tea. All that you need to get started. You can use the kitchen later in the day if you want to cook your own meals instead of the outside option. Fully recommend. ”
