“When I arrived for breakfast on time, eggs and milk were gone, no tea bags, no attendant. Totally inadequate!
Although the room was billed at accessible, a wheelchair did not fit beside the bed, the shower had no seat or hand held water. Staff eventually supplied a metal folding chair with a padded seat. Totally inadequate!”

“Staff were nice and very helpful. Parking was super easy. It’s a really cute place with an amazing location; walkable to the lake, the art museum, coffeehouses and restaurants. Was startled by an unfortunate visitor when showering, right before checking out. They just need to have an exterminator do some work. ”

“The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”

“My kids loved the pool, the grown ups loved the nearby activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and very clean. The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left.
Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy. ”
