“Nice”

“The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule...

“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The first issue was simply finding the entrance. The hotel sign doesn’t line up with the actual parking lot, making it look like you’re supposed to turn into an empty lot if you follow the sign. Walking to our room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hallway, and there appeared to be mold or water damage on portions of the ceiling. Once inside the room, things only got worse.
