Hotel vicino a Hamilton College - Clinton

“I reserved 3 rooms for my daughter’s graduation. We arrived at the hotel 3:40pm on Saturday and the rooms were not ready. We ended up checking into only 1 room at first after 4pm because we had to clean up and get ready for dinner. We ended up going to the dinner reservations 30 minutes late. The last room wasn’t even ready until we got back from dinner. What made the matter worse was that the hotel didn’t even take care of us other than giving us some water. It almost ruined our graduation...

“Clean hotel, gym, pool, everything! The shuttle to the main event center was very convenient.”

“The Rosemont is a beautiful old B&B. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the proprieters were very helpful and available. The breakfast was nicely done and delicious. As with most older B&Bs it needs a little paint and repair and while I loved the clawfoot tub and the huge bathroom, it was a little rundown and rickety. I would still choose the Rosement over a soulless modern hotel, as long as you don't mind the tradeoffs.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included some staples each day but the hot food was different each of the 5 mornings we were there. The coffee was extremely strong (bold flavor only) . If you like it that way then you are fine, otherwise there is cold water, hot water for tea or c he loves of milks and juices. Room was clean and ell supplied. There was plenty of parking.”

“I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.”

“The check in person was outstanding...courteous, friendly, helpful. He noticed that we're older folks and offered us a first floor room with parking right outside the door, which we appreciated. The only negatives were that even though it was obvious the bath had been cleaned, no extra rolls of toilet paper were provided which necessitated a trip to the front desk, and for some strange reason the trashcan in the bedroom had not been emptied. Other than that, all okay.”
