Enjoy quick access to hiking trails and the beach just 5 minutes away, Niagara Falls in 25 minutes, the U.S. border in 30 minutes, and downtown Toronto in under an hour.

    Welcome to your home away from home! This newer, stylish, spacious, and peaceful 2-bedroom basement suite is located in our custom-built home and is fully private and separate, allowing you to enjoy complete comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

    Perfect for couples, families, groups, and business travelers, this bright and comfortable suite offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient visit.

Beautiful place. Clean, well maintained and updated/decorated nicely. Amazing shower and comfortable beds. 10/10 recommend. Close to amenities, yet on a quiet street. Be careful if you’re over 6’5 however, the ceilings are low.

The rental was great. Clean, bright, and comfortable. There was 6 of us, and there was lots of room. The owner was friendly and helpful. It is close to restaurants. We had supper and breakfast at JJ's on the Docks in Grimbsy, the food was very good. I would recomend both of these places. Plus if I am ever in that area I would rent it again.

This was a great location for us attending a family wedding. Very clean, comfortable beds, and just like the pictures./ Owners lice on site and Allen was very helpful . . . even suggested the nearby Beamer Conservation Area for a nice hike.

The cleanest and most updated place I have stayed at with VRBO. The pictures are exact, two nice bedrooms and an Air Hockey table and foosball table. Nice welcome gift/snacks on arrival. Easy to check in and great communication from Owner.

Very pleased with the accommodations - lots of room; very comfortable beds and linens!! We wished we had booked it for more than 1 night:)Owners are onsite and very friendly! They had put out a basket of treats and even offered to help carry items in!

This BNB was one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the apartment itself is stunning. The hosts were so accommodating, especially knowing we were coming from out of town for a wedding and had inquired about an early check in so we could get ready. The apartment is WAY bigger than what I had imagined. Check in was a breeze. There are thoughtful touches absolutely everywhere (oatmeal packages, bottles of water, coffee, so many toiletries, expensive soaps, etc). My only regret was not taking advantage of the spa-like shower! It’s huge! The three of us slept like absolute babies - whatever mattresses they have are magic. If there’s an award for best host, Allen would win. Thank you Allen for such a great stay - your home is spectacular and it’s very obvious you care deeply about your guests!

Allen & Leah were wonderful hosts! With regards to appliances, utensils, and kitchen needs, this VRBO has you covered. Very well thought out and supplied. Immaculate. Comfortable beds with fabulous pillows. Very good location if you need to travel to Hamilton and Niagara/Niagara On The Lake—right in the middle. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the quality and pleasantness of this VRBO! Furnishings were very modern and up to date with an awesome large shower/main bathroom. Such a large and comfortable place to spend a few days! Amenities were great also!
