Mr. James Hayes, We are sorry to hear that you car broke down. But while both your credit card and your debit card declined the attendant was not authorized to give you a room without payment. I'm not sure what else that we could have done for you. We are very proud that a review of the interaction shows the employee extremely courteous and professional. The Quality Inn in Hamilton is possibly the cleanest hotel in the state with a perfect record concerning upkeep, safety, and security. The hotel takes immediate care of rooms that have been disrespected. Most of your statement is simply not true. If you need help in any way, please let us know.

Mr. Gary Clipperton of Colorado Springs Colorado,After hundreds of accidents involving large vehicles just like yours the hotel insurance risks cancellation.The large sign was put up and you chose to ignor it and demand otherwise. Even though the hotel has parking out front or in the side lot, you demanded to park whereever you wanted to.Certainly at National Pro Clean you have some rules that you are forced to go by that you would prefer otherwise.We felt that calling the police to report to the city over a parking space was uncalled for. We never want to see business leave, but we have to require that the larger vehicles stay on the external parking.

We have reviewed the check-in. We are sorry that you perceived the clerk charging you for the guests that you did not disclose on your reservation as rude. He was calm, polite, and professional and did his job by charging you properly. To avoid such a scenario in the future, please choose the correct number of guests when making your reservation. Like the movie theater, the football game, or the doctor's office each person must pay for their usage of the facility.
