LOCATION TOP, VISTA MARE E COMFORT. 2 minuti a piedi lungo la strada per vivere la nostra cultura del caffè in uno dei nostri Cafe`s funky. Questa è una piccola casetta con viste mozzafiato da morire. Sedersi sul ponte e vedere il Monte Karioi aumento maestosamente nell'angolo sud-ovest. Visualizza l'estuario con tutte le barche e bagnanti. Ascoltate le persone stanno avendo divertimento sulla spiaggia, i tramonti sono semplicemente fantastico, visualizzare i kite surfers sul porto. Guarda tutti i piccoli aerei in atterraggio e decollo sul campo d'aviazione. Noleggiare un kayak e unirsi al divertimento ogni corpo altro sta avendo in acqua. Prenota in un trekking a cavallo a Magic Mountain. Guidare dieci minuti lungo la strada di Manu Bay e guardare le surfer`s o si potrebbe anche avere un diminuire o due. Scalare la montagna. 2 minuti a piedi per i nostri bei negozi e fare un po 'di shopping. Fate una crociera nel porto. Guidare 40 minuti per immergersi nelle piscine calde. Abbiamo alcune belle passeggiate qui in Raglan in riva al mare. Venite a scoprire le cose che didn `t parlarvi. Questo cottage dispone di tutti i comfort necessari con una bella atmosfera accogliente. Ideale per famiglie, coppie o semplicemente vecchio relax con gli amici

Family catch-up, card games and laughter!

Great stay, SunnyNook Cottage was perfect!Fit our family of 8.Sweet beach Bach with lots of laughter in the walls.Changeable weather meant time for cards as well as outings, town being only a short walk.Recommend it. And hope to be back there again some time!

Sunnynook the gem

I organised this stay as my elderly parents 89 years olds spent time in Raglan as youngsters and it held such fond memories.I have a chocolate lab so required pet friendly accommodation.Sunnynook exceeded expectations. It’s an absolute gem. Well appointed only a stroll from all the eateries and shops. A 5 minute walk to the waters edge. This property had everything you could possibly need. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating.We are already planning another stay.I can’t recommend this quintessential kiwi cottage highly enough.Claudine

Beautiful old home with lots of character, and a great view, but the property has seen better days. The day of checking in, I received a message to say the outside rooms needs new piles and therefore the room is on a lean, but okay to stay in. I didn't realise one of the bedrooms was an outside room - my mistake for not noticing this information, or doing the research to see that information didn't transfer from one booking site to this one. We ended up just sharing a room, so we were all inside as I was with two mature woman and a young child. A large basket of washing was left on the deck. When I asked what to do with it, I did get a sincere apology but no instructions on what to do with it. I moved it inside so that it didn't get left in potential rain over the weekend. Upon check in, there were ants on the windowsill which I believe had come from outside. I sprayed them and wiped them up. There was also no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. We ended up swapping the soap from the kitchen as I couldn't see any others in the cupboards. Great location. Great views. House needs some love but has lots of potential. Just not quite what I was expecting for how much we paid.

Quirky and gorgeous!

We loved our stay here! I can see the place may not be the best in winter (it is an old house), but it was a delight to stay here in summer. The living room was big and comfortable, with amazing views across the estuary and to the hills. The beds were comfy and cosy, and the bathroom (with washer and dryer) was grand.The kitchen had lots of plates and bowls and everything you'd need to call this home for a holiday.The deck is glorious! Sitting at the table drinking beer in the sun, with the parasol up for shade, was the most perfect first evening. The house is up the hill enough to get great views but still close to the shops and town.Now to the quirks! The lights took some getting used to as the kitchen lights are on strings from the bulbs – so it's a bit tricky in the dark. The light in the bunk room is also on a string...which we had to extend for my short mother. Which was pretty funny, I admit! A couple of floors are a bit wonky and some windows are a little stiff to open – if you're seeking sleek and shiny perfection, this place ain't for you. If you want a house that feels homely, welcoming and comfortable, that looks charming (and great in photos) and that's a pleasure to return to at the end of the day, this is a winner.

Fabulous Spot

Sunny nook is a fabulous place to stay. The accommodation is perfectly bach-like, so comfortable with tasteful furnishings and lovely linen. The views over Raglan Harbour are beautiful and its location next to town makes for easy access to all amenities. I felt instantly relaxed the moment i arrived and it easily accommodated our family with teenagers. I look forward to going back.

Location was good for walking although noisy next to the main road into raglan. Unfortunately found 3 cockroaches through the house . So definitely needs attending too. The house definitely needs a lot of work and although it was tidy, some furniture needs replacing as it’s seen better days. It was a bit cold during the night (Oct) so wouldn’t stay in winter, and would suggest putting on the duvets in the cupboards and using the heaters. Lovely views and the sun streams in, in the afternoon which is nice. Also there was no information about the tv and how to use (remotes etc). There was no basic tv and only YouTube which is a parents worst nightmare. This defiantly needs to be addressed.

Raglan Cutie

This was a very cute old world bach/cottage with the best views over Raglan. It was very quaint and well catered for. Extremely thankful for all the heating provided which kept the cottage warm and toasty. The Cottage is getting on in years but was a great stay. Would recommend it as a place to stay. My only negative was that the second bedroom was a bit tight with double bed as well as bunk beds.

Comfortable gem

Very comfortable and qwerky cottage in a great location and views. Only downside was the lounge furniture could have done with a clean and inside the shower door. But overall a great place to relax in.

This was fun!

Just stayed here for the weekend with a couple of friends. What a awesome little place to stay in. Cosy, comfortable and warm and has everything you need. Beds are comfy, the views are great and only 5 min walk to the shops and cafes. We'll be back.

Great little character cottage on the doorstep of town. Clean and tidy with all you need. Just a little chilly in the winter.
