“We stayed here for 2 nights and were very comfortable. The rooms are nice and have comfortable beds, new bathrooms and nice new carpet too. The manager was very helpful when I checked in and I found out I had actually booked the wrong dates (arrived a day early) but he changed it for me issues. Great location near the stadium, supermarkets and about a 10-15 minute walk to Hamilton Central”

“Great friendly customer service upon arrival. No information for nearby shops, food etc. Well presented rooms with minimal utilities. ”

“Tight parking but sufficient space. Great shower pressure. No iron or board was annoying in the morning as not able to iron shirt ”

“Friendly helpful staff although strange housekeeping/servicing. Fresh towels each day, bed made one day not the next. Room was clean but tired/dated. Kitchenette isn't equipped with utensils to use stove top cooker”

“I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There were cockroaches in my bed. They were babys too which is a sign that they are breeding and there is an infestation. I personally find that to be a crazy health and safety issue but apparently this is not grounds for a refund. I am disappointed by both the hotel and Expedia.”
