Motel a Hamlet

“This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in 2 years. Both times we had issues with outlets, the lamps and USB outlets. This time they had lamps that the outlets didn't work, we had one outlet and one usb that worked in the whole room. The outlet by the a/c did not work at all and the lamp in the corner had a missing bulb. In the bathroom the fan did not work and the floor was dirty. “Austin at the desk was very friendly and helpful and room was clean. However the website was very misleading on amenities. The free breakfast was not good and barely warm, coffee was nasty, hot tub had a gross film on top of the water and the outside was very sketchy. Very rundown and disappointed with the hotel with misleading photos and details of this establishment both inside and out. The only plus was the very kind and helpful Austin that worked at the desk. “I can say it was clean. Smelled humid though and breakfast was not good. For the price we paid, I expected a better meal.”

“Pool could use some work. Toilet in our room had to have been a toilet for kids. It was terribly low. Need a greater breakfast selection. However, room was clean and tidy. Bed was a little hard for me, but a good mattress with soft pillows.”

“Was looking for a last minute booking and this property was a nice surprise in terms of atmosphere, accommodations, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Would love to return and I recommend this property”
