“The water in the shower wouldn't go down and they gave us a plunge to get the water out; it wasn't even them to do it. The toilet had dry blood on it. The bed sheets weren't clean. It was terrible. The staff tried to help but they said that the house cleaning is only there every other day”

“The night manager was wonderful and very responsive. She personally came to remedy the problem. Here is what happened...We checked in late to our room and unfortunately, housekeeping didn't clean our room. When my son was getting ready to go to sleep, he noticed the sheets were soiled. We also noticed that used towels were still hanging from the hooks.”

“Bathroom floor needed cleaning. And bed was horribly uncomfortable.. was given a handicap room.. and bed seemed to be to accommodate that. Lower on one side and horribly uncomfortable.. staff did offer to change room but wasn’t able as affair we were there for would have been missed.. Why put someone in a room like that if you had other rooms to begin with.. have stayed here before but will not again.. For the price room should be clean too”

“I was worried about negative reviews but hoped these were from people that are hard to satisfy. I was very wrong. The filthiest and dirtiest property we have ever stayed at. “We didnt get a breakfest me nu. They didnt have enough towels in the room for 4 girls to shower. Conditioner ran out. Had to call for more towels. They came in the room only changes trash bag. No new coffee or towels. No towels in pool area called they made us go get them wet . What does staff do. We had get out own stuff”
