“Having to wait hours for the shuttle outside door 512 Island 3 west side in the cold, jaded our stay. I called the desk 3 times to ask if a shuttle was coming and the front desk guy was very rude. Told me I was waiting at the wrong spot. Which I wasn’t.
The room was adequate. Breakfast wasn’t great. We won’t be staying there again.”

“I booked late in the evening because United rerouted me to Denver and stranded me there. I called the hotel to ask about a shuttle from the airport, and they told me exactly where to meet a shuttle within the next 20 minutes.
