“Great front desk staff. The facility is dated. Mattress in room 131 can be replaced, lot's of dips, and humps in it. Breakfast bar closes at 9am, understood; however, 8:40 to 8:55am food and hot & cold beverages were not replinished; kitchen staff barely assisted presenting an appearance of unwillingness as if they wanted to close promptly at 9am not having lefotover food nor extra work! “The room that I reserved wasn't available however the sweet young woman at the front desk upgraded me to a "suite" it was supposed to come "amenities" it did NOT‼️I waited over 24 hours for bedding for the pull out sofa and I asked for the pots and pans so that I could cook a meal for myself and my daughter and I was told that someone else was using them! WE HAD TO SHARE THE CUPS,PLATES and POTS AND PANS. My bathroom had a smell coming from the toilet and even after buying cleaning supplies and...

“The fridge compartment was totally broken and the fridge kept falling out, the shower was leaking and looked like water damage around the inside of tub, air not great, and sheets we not clean. The evening staff was great, Beyoncé had the best customer service.”
