  • The cottage at Buzzard Rock Farm is a restful haven in Hamptonville, NC. The cottage consists of a screened-in patio, living room, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast island, dining room, 4-bedroom, 2-bath, including a vast owner's suite with a private bathroom. Parking is provided on the property. Guests have full access to the 120 acre farm, trails, river front and more… Check-in is contactless and will be available via keypad lock. The code will be sent to you after confirmation of booking and before check-in. The farm at Buzzard Rock is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cottage is just a short drive from the highway and nestled among other farms. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the spacious 120 acre property. The farm at Buzzard Rock is situated on a quiet rural road. It is accessible by vehicle. You are welcome to park in any of the designated parking areas. The property and amenities are accessible by foot. We ask that you inform us ahead of time if you would like to explore our outdoor amenities and we will be able to best assist you with reaching your destination.

Roxanne was amazing. Location was quiet and super close to our wedding venue. Would definitely stay again. My only note, beds are very firm.

The cottage was perfect for our group of four visiting the area. The porch was a great area to hangout at the end of the day. Communication with Roxanne was very good.We will plan to return again.
