Benvenuti a Hana Homestead, il vostro rifugio ecologico nel centro della città di Hana! La posizione è perfetta per tutte le tue uscite a Hana, in quanto si trova vicino a tutto! A soli 3 minuti a piedi da Hana Bay, a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti, e solo a breve distanza da altre spiagge ed escursioni. Ha anche una bellissima vista sull'oceano da sopra e verso il basso, così puoi goderti la meravigliosa alba e tramonti mentre sei seduto sullo spazioso lanai.

Questa casa è stata recentemente rinnovata, con particolare attenzione alla vita verde. Splendidi dettagli sono stati aggiunti a questa casa per rendere il vostro soggiorno qui sano e unico. Alcuni tocchi sono: vernice per interni a zero voc, servizi igienici e infissi a basso flusso, pavimenti in bambù in legno duro, piastrelle in travertino fresco, controsoffitti in cemento e accenti di legno sostenibili come tavoli e davanzali. Utilizziamo anche prodotti per la pulizia naturale e forniamo saponi e shampoo naturali per il vostro soggiorno.

C'è un grande cortile che circonda la casa, facendola sentire spaziosa e rimossa pur rimanendo nel centro della città. C'è un paesaggio commestibile, tutto giovane ma compresi cespugli di bacche, aranci e tigli, curcuma, zenzero, taro ed erbe.

Questo è il posto ideale dove soggiornare a Hana, in quanto è una grande casa che può ospitare 6 molto comodamente. Ci sono due piani, con due camere da letto (con letti matrimoniali) e un bagno al piano superiore, così come il soggiorno e la cucina a pianta aperta, con zona pranzo. Al piano inferiore ha una grande camera da letto con un letto king size, un bellissimo bagno e una camera familiare che comprende un bar di spremuta e frigorifero extra. La casa comprende anche un lanai al piano superiore coperto con vista sull'oceano, un grande ponte posteriore per mangiare all'aperto e osservare le stelle, e un patio coperto al piano inferiore che ha anche una dolce vista sull'oceano.

Quindi, se sei fuori tutto il giorno e hai bisogno di un luogo confortevole e lussuoso dove ritirarti di notte, o vuoi un posto accogliente dove stare per un giorno e giocare, guardare film e preparare ottimi pasti, The Hana Homestead è il posto giusto voi.

This property is amazing! Not right on the water but great view of the ocean, can hear the ocean and 3minute walk to the beach!! Beautiful property and plenty of extras such as a jacuzzi, sauna, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, and an on-site private outside shower to clean up after walking or playing in the beach.

Absolutely gorgeous view!

The view from this house is absolutely amazing!! It overlooks Hana bay and the lighthouse. You can literally sit in the hot tub on the front porch and watch the sunset over the bay!

Comfortable for groups that need four sleeping spaces. Downstairs open room has foldout couch. We enjoyed the hot tub.close to local beach and walking to store and food trucks.

Wonderful Location, Beautiful Views, Lots of Critters

Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. It was perfectly located in the middle of Hana town and had gorgeous views of the ocean. We loved having coffee on the lanai every morning! It was difficult finding a rental property to fit our size of group (8 people), so I was very pleased to have found this one. Our host was extremely kind and communicative. The updates that have been made to the property are great, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The only things that made our stay less than ideal were the bugs and geckos. We knew ahead of our trip to expect critters as this is a tropical location, and we appreciate the desire to use natural cleaning products and not poisons - but it did make it pretty hard to sleep at night (especially with little kids) after having to relocate several geckos and cockroaches from the bedrooms each night and waking up with ant bites from the bed. Once we found out which windows the critters were likely entering from, we were able to close them or plug the cracks, but without air conditioning that made the rooms very hot. I think this problem could be helped a bit by either adding some window AC units to the property to help cool things down without the need to leave all windows/doors open, or by sealing some of the windows/doors/screens a bit better to prevent critters from entering so freely. Again, we were aware that critters happen, so it's not a huge deal - but it did freak us out a little more than we expected.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time staying on this property. The location was absolutely perfect. It is a large house with all the amenities you would need. We were able to meet John and he has great hospitality. I highly recommend staying in this home if you are visiting Hana Maui.

Weekend in Hana

The house is amazing. The views are unbeatable. The only thing better than the house were the owners/host. They helped us out with some special needs and communicated with us quickly with every response. Place is perfect for a small group. Can walk to everything. We will be back.

Great location in Heavenly Hana

Walking distance to Hana Bay and local food trucks. Lovely water view in local neighborhood. Great deck, perfect for relaxing even in the middle of Tropical Storm Calvin. Well-stocked home, helpful owner. Would definitely rent again.

A roomy Hana set up

We loved the chance to slow things down on and enjoy the Hana side of the island. John has a really cool place here with a beautiful view. It felt great to spread out with so much space. Buy what you need before reaching Hana. There’s not much there in the way of groceries. We loved visiting the road to Hana sites on our own, unhurried time. Visit Homoa Bay! It was a major hit with our kids!

Great Hana Getaway

We had an amazing 3 night stay in Hana! We loved the balcony with beautiful views of Hana Bay. We loved walking to the food trucks and the short drive to Hamoa Beach. The property was perfect for my family of 6 and parents ~ we hope to be back one day!

Beautiful, peaceful home with views of the water

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Hana Homestead. Just a short walk from Hana Beach Park, we were treated to a gorgeous view of sunrise over the water. The owners have restored this 1950s home in the original style, with extra touches like a hot tub and sauna. We had been looking for a place to stay for a night so we didn’t have to do the road to Hana in a day, but wished we had spent more of our time on Maui here. Truly a highlight of our trip.

Beautiful views, great location, attention to detail

Hana Homestead hosted by John, is a lovely place. The ocean view from here is divine and dramatic! It's a 5 minute to food (general store, food trucks, restaurant) and not much longer to places we wanted to visit. Such as the Wai'anapanapa Black Sand beach, Red Sand Beach, Venus Pool, Lava Tube, and Oheo Gulch (Seven Sacred Pools. We also really liked this place because it has been built with eco-friendly materials and uses eco-friendly cleaners - nothing toxic to inhale or get exposed to!

Beautiful overnight in Hana

The house has been beautifully renovated and we appreciated the attention to detail and ecologically minded choices. The views from the upstairs porches/decks are gorgeous. Everything was as advertised, and the owner communicated well and quickly responded to questions. Hana itself is a unique and special place.

Wonderful location and tons of space

Was perfect for our multigenerational family. My senior parents told over the downstairs bedroom with living room and kitchenette and me and my husband and kids had the upstairs. Was a great location walking distance from a small beach. Perfect quiet getaway.

Perfect spot for Hana Overnight Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was large enough for our family of 5 and has a beautiful deck where you can view the bay. The beach is an easy stroll. The property is central to many Hana spots and is located only minutes away from the black sand beach at the state park, Hamoa Beach, Venus pool, and the red sand beach. The property was well stocked with everything we needed and appliances etc. were all in good working condition. Communication with the owner was easy, no issues and would stay again.

Quiet & beautiful

The house is amazing!! Lots of room, beautiful views. Perfect place to just chill & relax. However, if you’re planning to do a lot of activities in other areas of the island the drive back & forth across Hana Highway is very time consuming. Would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway vacation.
