“Rooms are clean and there’s plenty of shops nearby ”

“This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay.”

“One of the elevators were out of service the entire stay, it was a bit slow to get in and out of property. The room was not serviced for the entire trip; not sure why. I asked for towels for the first day and it was never cleaned thereafter. The food and beverage staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the housekeeping staff was not very pleasant or helpful.”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Zazz! The vibe and atmosphere were so unique and memorable. The artwork and decor throughout the property were absolutely stunning and made the hotel feel creative, stylish, and full of personality. “Didn’t like anything”

“Great location! The staff was super nice. My two complaints is that the rooms have a musty smell to them. & I think they are understaffed in the restaurant. We waited awhile to get sat, and to get our order taken we ended up just leaving and eating somewhere else. The staff is great! And the location of the hotel was great! And the price was great for the location!”

“Overall stay was very good and affordable; however, at the time of checking in an initial refundable charge of $100 is also applied for incidentals. ( Get it back upon checking out). The room size was spacious for three people. It came with a standard size kitchen, bathroom, and two queen beds, two televisions and plenty storage spaces. Basic Breakfast is included with stay. Location is close to Walmart approx 1-2 blocks away and approx 3 miles to UNM.”

“What a perfect place for us. The man at the desk was helpful and professional. There was plenty of parking and they accept pets. The room is very spacious, there was a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a stove top. There's a table in the kitchen with two tall chairs and a coffee pot. The bathroom is large with plenty of room to move around after you get out of the shower! The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and they had lots of movie channels. “Very clean rooms and good breakfast. I didn't know it was an "animal friendly hotel." Unfortunately, that was something I didn't like. A dog was barking next door for about 45 minutes, straight and I don't like animals in the dining area.”
