“The Yankee Inn was a convenient and affordable option for our visit to Tanglewood. The check-in staff was friendly and advised us of breakfast and checkout hours. The room was clean and thankfully well air conditioned during our stay there in 90 degree weather! The included breakfast was typical fare: eggs, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread/pastries, etc. As we were there for only one night, we did not take advantage of the outdoor pool or fire pit, but both appeared to be clean and well...

“Would not stay there again, management keyed another individual to our room and gave access to it not 10 minute after we checked in. When called to rectify the situation blew it of to a simple mistake and never really apologized for it. Although the room was listed as non smoking the smell of old smoke could still be smelled in the room. I have stay Econolodges before and they have not been bad! This one should be looked at by corporate.”

“Stayed two nights. Killed 2 milipedes, 1 centipede, some kind of bug that might have been a silverfish, and a bee in the bedroom/room without ever having opened a window. We stayed over a very busy 250th July 4th weekend so I didn't bother making a complaint because I'm sure if there was another room available it would not be any better, otherwise they would have put us there to begin with. They list the hotel as a resort so you pay an extra fee each night, but you gather the trash from the room...

“The room we had was spacious, and there are nice outdoor sitting areas. Breakfast is placed in your refrigerator and in a basket the day before. If you are hoping for a charming Berkshire bed and breakfast with a cooked breakfast and interaction with your host, you will be disappointed. If you are satisfied with an unusually nice motel, you will be very happy."”

“Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full.”

“The hotel charged 669 w posted room rate of 429 For 669 they noted that the hot water capacity was challenged when hotel was at 100% capacity Also our toilet ran and we had to open up tank to adjust this was for 669/ night It should be adjusted to the max rate of 429 that was on room inside door”

“The staff were wonderful! Carli at the front desk was so sweet and went above and beyond! It was fully booked however it still did not seem too crowded at the pool. The outdoor pool is great love that it is salt water. It does open one hour after the indoor pool and close an hour before the indoor pool. But it's great that you have both options. There are plenty of towels provided at the pool for you. It was great having a kitchen to cook breakfast in good variety of supplies. Also really...

“Very lovely room with king bed and a nice view out the window. The bistro had excellent food, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Very enjoyable 2 nights”

“The hotel is easy to find. It is clean, neat, and tidy. We checked in early - great! My one concern is the 800 grit sandpaper for toilet paper. Motel 6 uses better toilet paper. Unfortunately, the bean counters won. They have a great price on toilet paper, and the property suffers as a result. Everyone and everything was great. The toilet paper was from the 1950's - honest. Sorry to have to report this. Hopefully, this will get someon's attention.”
