“Every point of contact I had at 33 Main was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It’s evident Donna and her team run the inn with love. It’s clean and gorgeously furnished on the inside. You’ll recognize it from the outside, because it’s the most charmingly decorated on the block. “Wonderful stay, as usual. I have business in the Pittsfield area, 3 or 4 times a year and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Quiet, comfortable….staff is always helpful and friendly….restaurant in the building is just another plus.”

“Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great.”
