The elevator was filthy. I didn’t ask for the teen marriage honeymoon hot tub room, but that’s the room I got! It seriously had an outdated jetted tub for two 10 ft from the bed. Gross. “The A/C was off all day on a 94 degree day, we arrived at 6pm the room was unbearably hot. No WiFi, the Breakfast was pretty much useless. The chair in the room was grotesque. The bedsheet had visible stains. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed at another hotel in Big Stone Gap Virginia for $10 more a night and the difference was night and day. The sad part is most of the problems are self inflicted.”

“It was okay for the price, peaceful and clean. Sadly the mattress was a bit uncomfortable & springy. I slept on top of the comforter and used my own. My room was clean and smelled great. The tv bit small for king size bed & room size. The channel selection was pretty basic. Small fridge worked. Very small microwave & it was a bit dented up but worked. I wouldn't mind staying there again if the price is right. Ive paid for nicer at same price or cheaper. I was worried about the reviews especially...
