“Great stay”

“Carpet stained, no pool as indicated and the complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal.”

“The room was clean and breakfast was included. I went with my young grandson and we enjoyed our stay. We went to the mothman museum which is close by. Great visit!”

“Probably the cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in I’m my 56 years of life. The only thing that caught me off guard is the $100 fee when you check in and can’t remember what it was for but it’s a refundable fee or they void it after checking out. Never had anything like that in all my years of staying in Hotels. I’d stay again no problem,”

“The room was very clean. Beds comfy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but kept running out of towels because there were so many people swimming. But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“Overall a good stay for a night would not want to stay for an extended time. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower they were completely empty and only one small bar of soap to use that was on the bathroom sink.”

“The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service”

“We walked in and walked out. Critters of all kinds—a probably cute rodent skittered by right when we opened the door. There was a live cockroach on the fridge. Signs of bedbugs on the mattress. The front desk attendant was great, though.”

“Toilet light switch turned on both toilet light and light that lit room... Awkward at night. One of the shower doors was locked stationary so reach to shower controls was distant and awkward. Room was behind elevator and heard dings during night. Check in staff was excellent.”

“We let the staff know a few problems we had and they were absolutely wonderful about taking care of the problem. I will come back.”

“you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. ”
