“This hotel is absolutely exquisite! The courtyard is stunning, filled with all sorts of flowers and plants - it's like walking into a little oasis. They've got this coffee bar in the lobby and can also grab a drink at night. The rooms are pretty nice, too; you can catch a view of the tea hills in the distance. It's been such a chill and enjoyable trip.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. But you need to know this isn’t a big hotel. It’s like a house been broken up into little rooms with ensuites. Room are small but did the trick. Breakfast is made for you once you come down. So it’s nice and fresh. Only down size is the rooms have thin walls. So once breakfast starts 7.30am we will be woken up. Which wasn’t a problem but just letting people know. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. Location was amazing.”

“隔音不太好。可以清楚聽到走廊人員走動及大聲開關門的聲音。 淋浴沒有踩腳墊 人員服務很好。因後續採購太遲 需要額時間打包行李， 酒店也是很幫忙的配合延後一些。 房間有點西曬。冷氣要往下調才會啟動。 整體感受非常正面。是會重新拜訪及推薦的酒店”

“트윈배드룸타입이였는데 방이 두개 별도 되어있었고, 화장실도 2개로 편했습니다. 다만 냉장고가 없었고(스캔하여 로봇서비스), 겍실 내 영어 번역이 없어서 중국어를 몰라서 좀 어려웠습니다. 추가로 조식은 괜찮았고, 알리바바 a타운과 매우 근접하며 인근에 식당 많이 있습니다.”

“A really beautiful hotel. Tastefully designed and spacious. It was really good value for money. My only complaint would be that there should be someone on reception that speaks English, and who takes an active interest in how you’re getting on. Otherwise the staff were lovely, just a bit distant. There was one great lady but we only saw her twice. ”

“Hotel is very clean. They offered free Peet’s coffee made by barista- each room gets a certain number of tickets based on number of days booked. There are a lot of malls and food options around, all walkable distance. The place is about 5-10 minute walk from Wulin night market and 10 minute walk to west lake. ”
