Hi You must not review this property because you did not stay at all. You booked but did not stay because you had pets. You complained that online booking site did not mention about NO PET. There is NO PET policy in the site but you did not pay attention. You showed up on the date of check-in date and complained about "No Pets". When you booked the hotel you must pay attention to the policy "No smoking & No Pets"Manager

Hi James Sorry for check-in process if any. We adapted new check-in systems recently and not used to use. We had a lot of rain for consecutive days and might not clean around the motel. We keep always clean the rooms and inside building. By the way, thanks for your review.

Hi Thanks for your time and review 1. We have 10 different connections of Wifi to have a strong signal. If there are some technical difficulties most guests contact the office to deal with fixing but we do not have your contact for help for two days. I think you tried the wrong connection. 2. We notice "no coffee, tea and coffee pot by the instruction of health services under Covid-19 regulation on the Front desk when you check-in for the guests' safety.
