“Needed a credit card for incidentals. Couldn’t use the regular terminal. Used something that only took swipe connected to the computer. Then she also keyed in the card…. Seemed sus. There really was no need to collect a card as there were no places for an incidental. Rooms are dated with a TV from 2009. Hand soap and lotion are mounted similar to the amenities in the shower. Seemed tacky. I wouldn’t pay $200 to stay at this Holiday Inn when it’s about the same as an old La Quinta.”

“Upon arrival the man at the front desk informed me I would probably want to book another room due to the quality of the room. When I asked him what was wrong with the room, he didn’t have a clear answer for me and informed that people are usually disappointed/upset when they see the room because it’s not what they were expecting. Before even seeing the room, he kept insisting that I should pay more money to book another room with him directly, instead of Expedia; He knew the condition of the...

“This was an extended stay. It was absolutely horrible. I was so upset I didn’t sleep. People actually live in this hotel. It was so dirty and smelled horrible. I will never be back!”

“The room was not clean at all. The refrigerator was disgusting. The mirror was broken. The remote control to the TV did not work. The room smelled terribly. The staff was ok, but it was a very poor experience overall. We left and went to another hotel.”
