Excellent location, very short walk of Hannover main train station, friendly hotel service, good breakfast, all kind of transportation, shops, malls, entertainment and restaurants are close. The hotel is perfect for short family or couple weekend.

Virkelig et besøg værd.
Hotellet er dejligt og værelserne er dejlige. Der blev gjort pænt rent hver dag. Jeg var mindre imponeret af maden i restauranten, jeg fik bl.a Wiener Kaiserschnitzel und Hausgemachte Rinderroulade. Retterne var halv kolde og tørre ved servering. service nivuaet var meget personafhængigt. Om morgen stod den samme mørk håret dame, det var ikke godt og om aften en mørkhåret megt ung dame, måske en elev, hun vidse ikke hvad service var. Der var en lyshåret ung dame og en lidt buttet dame som var vældig søde og fik det til at virke. hjemligt. Om morgen undret det mig over, at vi ikke fik en termokande med kaffe men 2 kander som stod og blev kolde.

Wir sind jetzt zum 4. Mal dagewesen. Ich denke allerdings auch zum letzten Mal. Wir haben immer das gleiche Zimmer / Suite. Bad ist gut, Schlafzimmer ist gut. Leider ist die Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer übelst in die Jahre gekommen. Der Sessel ist fleckig und das 2er Sofa fleckig und mit offenen Auflagen /Sitzkissen. Und als I-Tüpfelchen waren wir am letzten Abend im Hotel Restaurant, auch nicht zum ersten Mal, aber definitiv zum letzten Mal! Alles in allem werden wir uns beim nächsten Mal wohl eine neue Bleibe suchen.

Wenig Liebe im Detail und schmuddelig
Leider ist die Junior Suite vernachlässigt und weißt eine mangelnde Qualität und Sauberkeit auf. Dicke Staubflocken an dem Schirm der Nachttischlampen und auf dem Kopfteil des Bettes. Der Teppich ist fleckig, die Wände ebenfalls. Ich suche nicht nach solchen Stellen, aber es wurde offensichtlich sehr lange nicht ordentlich geputzt und wirkte schmuddelig. Auch im Bad waren einige weniger offensichtlich Stellen dreckig, die Fugen an der Wanne teilweise schwarz angelaufen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat deutliche Flecken und der Bezug löst sich. Schön war die Minibar mit ausreichend Wasser und die Möglichkeit Tee und Kaffee zuzubereiten. Allerdings ist der Wasserkocher klapprig, verliert den Deckel und wirkt billig. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit Sauberkeit wäre das in Ordnung und könnte charmant sein. Am Empfang erwarte ich beim Auschecken eine Nachfrage zur Zufriedenheit. Die Servicekräfte im Restaurant sind hervorragend. Mit Liebe zum Detail und Reinlichkeit wäre es eine Reise wert, so habe ich viele 3 Sterne Hotels erlebt, die mehr Engagement, Service und Sauberkeit bieten und damit ein schöneres Erlebnis. In einer Suite mit dem entsprechenden Preis erwarte ich einen hundertprozentigen Reinigungscheck und saubere Textilien und Flächen.

Frühstücksbuffet zu teuer,lieber individuell zusammen stellen. Wurde mir nicht angeboten obwohl dies möglich ist. Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich sehr höflich und nett !! Obwohl wir einen Fehler bei der Buchung machten (Einzel-statt Doppelbett)bekamen wir ein Upgrade. Super !

Excellent choice for your stay in Hannover
You can expect nice and efficient (in a good way) customer service both in the hotel and in the restaurant as well. The location is superb and even though it is a bit outdated on some parts, it fits here and it doesn't make it feel old and shabby. If you're precise with having a double or twin room, I suggest to check it from the hotel before arrival. The reality doesn't match with information at Hotels.com. At least it didn't when we stayed. We booked a twin but the assigned room was double. However the staff handled the situation with an exceptionally good manner.

Great location that is 30 seconds walk from Hannover Hbf. Front desk staff were very helpful with my luggage that Lufthansa lost en route to Hannover. However, I booked a twin room and they were out of them so they put me in a single but charged me for a twin room. So check your bill carefully here !
