“Everyone at this hotel was amazing! Shout out to Shelia and the entire staff! They were incredibly helpful, super kind and went above and beyond during our stay. The hotel is immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. The breakfast was great every day also. I highly recommend this property.”

“The ac didn’t work in one part of our room They did comp us an extra room but with 5 people we still had to use the hot room. So when it’s 80 degrees it’s not great”

“Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room.”

“Our 3rd stay we always check in at the Hampton Inn. Clean, great staff, breakfast is awesome and easy to get to everything within 20 minutes. Will stay again”

“This was clean cute hotel. The only problem was the tv in my room wasn't working and was told no discounts or refunds for the inconvenience.”

“Clean, good price for location, comfort, scale, amenities. In walking distance of recreation in Maple Grove, accommodating bar and restaurant for convenience. Was great for an anniversary get away. Nice room for price.”

“My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!”

“My room was very clean and had newly carpeted floors. The bathroom faucets were hooked up incorrectly and need to be reconnected properly. Very nice staff and my room on the second floor. The a/c was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep with it on.”
