Hotel a Hanover

“Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff, great breakfast. ”

“Everything was very nice, there was a fight in the hotel lobby. Not necessarily the hotels fault at all as I do not know much about what happened. But it serves as a potential danger to families. I am not from the area and this was the first time I have stayed here so I’m not sure if it’s normal or not. ”

“No idea how it had a 8.6 rating when we booked it. Was old, in disrepair, staff was unfriendly. As my husband stated, you would never stay here.”

“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“Easy to get to from the expressway and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. Breakfast was warm and plentiful each morning, which was a great bonus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I would recommend it. ”

“Breakfast was very good. There was no guide in the room which told the guest about certain amenities. I had to call the main desk to find out whether breakfast was included, and what the hours were... Finding channels on the tv was by trial and error, silce there was no channel listing..”

“The pool was empty and we were not informed. The room was a very tight fit simply opening the door.”

“Pool area was filthy at checkin and not cleaned till Saturday, room had a bad smell, Breakfast was not staffed and ran out of things like No eggs on sunday, out of Syrup on Saturday. Poor showing for a Wyndom hotel”

“Personale inesperto e inattento. Non accettano l’addebito per il bar sulla camera e nonostante ciò non sono in grado di gestire i pagamenti. Unico macchinario presente in palestra è rotto da mesi. Colazione imbarazzante. Quando si viaggia per lavoro, sono importanti alcuni dettagli che qui non sono per niente curati. ”
