“Pretty basic hotel room. Pretty clean. Room had a Roku smart tv where you could sign into Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc. You don’t have to watch the garbage regular channels that are 90% commercials.”

“This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. Enclosed pool was not vented nor air conditioned, it was stifling to even walk in the door. Lots of trash in...

“We got a text from the staff a couple of times during our stay asking how everything was. The continental breakfast was nice. The rooms were decent, and parking was free. They keep fresh cookies on the lobby and coffee all day long. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“I wish I could leave a better review, because the staff were very courteous and nice and tried to be helpful. But I would not stay here again. It took me over half an hour to get checked in, they had to come to my room three days in a row to fix my television, the toilet in the bathroom made a very loud noise every five or 10 minutes (and one night all of the water shut off completely around 11), the air conditioner in the room did a semi-decent job cooling down at night but really struggled to...

“Unable to get 2 extra towels...we were told that there was a towel shortage. At a hotel?, thats just ridiculous!”

“Experience was good for single male. Reservation, check-in were excellent. Location was good just off I71. A/C was excellent. Room was clean but we'll used with some visible mold in bath area. Floor needed to be replaced. Breakfast was basically non existent. Coffee, pastry and banana.”

“I love hampton suites. Very roomy and well laid out. What I didn't like was the noise from the bathroom. Sounded like a water leak with a constant drip sound. I reported it and was told it was a fan making the noise. 2nd night we turned on the bathroom fan and shut the door. This worked pretty well. All in all nice stay minus the drip sound the first night. Very friendly pleasant hotel staff.”
