“So it’s not really their fault. But the fact it’s an old warehouse makes it the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Parking is a long ways away, and the whole place just kind of felt set up inefficiently. Meh. For the price the old warehouse charm isn’t really worth it.”

“Parking was easy and secure. The hotel is brand new and clean. Breakfast was very good. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Great place to stay. ”

“It served the purpose, room was ok, The bathroom needs to be renovated. The window just had blinds so I put a blanket over it to block the light. If I had no other place to stay, I would stay again depending on the price. I was visiting for mother’s weekend.”

“Stayed in this hotel because nothing else was available. Should have stayed in my car. This hotel was terrible. From the mask smell of air freshener when you walk in, to the NON WORKING AIR CONDITIONER AND PHONE. The air was not cool and told them about it. Did nothing to refund my money since they said I didn’t tell them that night. Well I got there at 9:30pm, showered and got in bed by 10:30. “This hotel was fine, but way way way way way overpriced. I paid 300 a night. I was buying online from California so it was hard to tell what the accommodation would be from there. I would never pay more than $150 for this place. Definitely jacked up the prices. Friend of mine came with me and they were able to book a room on site for $150..”

“The staff was very unprofessional and was rude. We had reservations and confirmed the booking with the hotel but when we got there the staff said that there is reservation but no room. We were literally kicked out from the hotel. The staff came in pajamas and was half asleep. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. ”

“I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. ”
