“I had several issues:
1.) My bathroom was not cleaned when I checked in. There was hair left in the bath tub from the previous guest.
2.) I’m on a cane and was given a room furthest from the front door.
3,) My security lock didn’t work. When I called for someone to fix it, the lady who came tried and couldn’t fix it. He said no one’s going to get you we have cameras. Luckily my son who came to visit was able to get it working.
