He led me to the front where I could have the lady walk me through the room to see if it looked different from the outside and it did. The maintenan man then proceeded to help us get our stuff out of the vehicle help my grandmother up the stairs just made this day so much easier! “The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”

“It makes me mad every time I have to pay to park at a hotel. Like I'm going to park somewhere else. My wife and I drove separate vehicles so I got it double. Construction coming in and out. Our room view was a little beach and construction area. I missed breakfast because I got a text about 8am telling me they were doing work with a crane and my vehicle needed to be moved immediately. At that point I just decided to pack my stuff and leave. Not a good experience for us. ”

“So terrible i didnt even stay - paid for 2 rooms, person who had second room didnt have his drivers license and the desk clerk was so rude and unhelpful. Clerk also told the gentleman who checked in before me that check in was 3 pm but they dont guarantee your room will be ready you have to wait. She said they didnt have any clean sheets or towels so he would have to wait until they finished the room to check in.
