“Upon arrival, the reception office had a foul odor. We got out room key and the floor was dusty, the beds did not appear clean, linen was cloudy white. The ac unit was very dusty. The room itself had a foul smell as well. The lightning was terrible. The restroom was very dirty. The toilet water was cloudy and appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time. The bathtub was very dirty. The toilet paper was not a new roll and we did not have any more toilet paper. We only had one small towel. I...

“Worst stay at this property ever. My booked room was not honored; did not get a room until half an hour later; malfunctioned TV, microwave, and poor internet signal were deadly. But a hot water bath, a comfortable bed, and quiet air conditioning gave me a very comfortable long sleep such that I had plenty of energy to continue my trip next day.”

“This is a nice hotel in a great location. Staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast spread was the same every day but there was plenty to choose from and it was fresh & delicious. 2 compliants, there were no plates for breakfast for our whole stay which was super annoying, especially trying to eat Belgium waffles. So we were eating off spread out napkins & bowls 🙄 and the pool was closed which was a bummer ”
