“Extremely disappointing - the towels were so dirty they were completely unusable - completely browned with filth from the vent above them, and had mouse poop on them. The fridge hadn’t been plugged in for a long time - was moldy, smelled terrible, and didn’t work - had to throw our food we brought away. No tv due to no remote. Holes in the main window curtain. The lamp shades were filthy and damaged. Expedia offered me a $25 refund and the hotel manager won’t take the call to resolve it on their...

“Pleasantly surprised! While not on par with premium hotels, it makes up the gap in affordability...a real bargain compared to properties like Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, etc. Parking is free and close to rooms. Their breakfast buffet featuring an omelet bar with a very accomodating chef was outstanding...better than many pricey alternatives like Marriott or Hilton. Overall, you can't go wrong staying here. ”

“Clean room staff friendly”

“The rooms are new and very nice. You can hear everything that happens in the hall. As nice as the hotel is with great location the food has to get a big thumbs down. Breakfast is not supposed to end until 9. We went down at 8:30 and there was not much left. Staff was trying to clean up and take things away. They shut down the waffle station at 10 til 9. I understand the time it ends but to end it early with no muffins out no eggs or potatoes is sad with 30 minutes remaining ”

“The room was clean, but it smelt like mildew. The elevator smelled like smoke and the hall smelled like dirty gym socks. The staff was kind though. ”
