When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and another guest informed us the elevator was not operating. After several minutes the clerk came out and said she did not have 4 rooms on the ground floor, so someone would have to climb the stairs with their luggage. As a group of senior citizens, this was ridiculous. Because we had to prepay, we had no option but to stay. Would not choose this hotel...
