“The location was amazing. Close to all the night life. Hotel is beautiful with a full restaurant and bar. ”

“Tutto nella norma, ma abbiamo riscontrato la porta del bagno non funzionante, nel senso che si incastrava e aveva una maniglia con dei chiodi che uscivano fuori anche pericolosi infatti mi sono tagliato”

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”

“Air conditioning was effective although somewhat loud. Parking was across the street and easy to work with. Clean rooms and great lication with courteous and professional staff.”

“Clean room, courteous staff. Good breakfast. The only problem was parking. Off site parking was expensive. ”

“Front desk staff was courteous. Room was clean. For some reason I am always given a room next to the pool. I didn’t think to ask the staff why that might be the case. I missed out on having a sunlit room because I would not have any privacy and it would leave myself and the pool guests staring at each other… pretty awkward… otherwise it was a nice stay.”

“Clean. Location was perfect for what we were there for. Would definitely stay again”

“Nice stay. Room was clean and spacious for us and our pet. Complimentary breakfast was better than most. Parking is limited unless you go valet. The hotel shares property with gas station a which was nice to grab snacks and drinks. But also a questionable crowd of people sometimes there. Is a bit of a walk to river st about 20min. Limited food selections nearby we door dashed both nights due to only one walkable restaurant nearby (cuban) plus we had a pet so no outdoor options within 5min walk...

“L’hotel si trovano in una zona centrale e non è nuovissimo, anche se le condizioni non sono così male. Nella camera c’era odore di naftalina. La cosa che ho apprezzato di meno era il fatto che la camera non veniva pulita giornalmente, ma bisognava richiedere che il personale venisse a sistemarla. Inoltre la colazione non era un granché: poca scelta sia di cose calde che di cose fredde.”

“This hotel was wonderful! Just keep in mind it’s in the center of a busy square with at least one night club so it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. They do provide a noise machine and overall the stay was great”

“Staff at front desk were wonderful. My husband and our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did not do the breakfast as we enjoyed our time sleeping in. We will be back again hopefully in March.”
