“This was a great local place to stay! I would recommend staying here if you love a small cozy place to stay. This place had a great pool and the BEST water pressure I have ever used in my life. You got any back problems like myself they will be gone by the water pressure alone! Will be staying here again when I come back to visit. ”

“It’s definitely a motel and I won’t try and convince you different. Nicest motel I’ve ever been in though. Everything works. Everything is clean. Pool area is super clean and again everything works. I stay in a lot of Hilton properties for work travel and I’d pick this motel over most of them. ”

“First of all i have nothing bad to say about this beautiful hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms that make you feel like no one has ever stayed there before. The staff in its entirety was very hospitable. We loved that they have a shuttle to take you where you need to go downtown. We also did a room add on of chocolate covered strawberries that were a devine touch to our stay. Keep up the great work.”

“Everything from check in to check out was amazing! Property and room was very clean and organized. The people were amazing and the area was so beautiful! The best nights sleep ever!”

“Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and quickly responded to your needs. Clean pool. Beautiful pine trees on the property. We were surprised with a campfire in the evening and marshmallows to roast. Game room with pool table was a nice addition. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay except I wish I would have thought to stay here sooner. ”

“Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service”

“I traveled for work for several years. I generally stayed in the Hilton brand of motels. I can say that for an independent motel this motel would keep up with their standards. The motel was remarkably clean from the lobby to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I spoke to other guest and discovered that they were repeat customers. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. ”

“Very quirky, cool, old style motel...very Eureka Springs. The staff was great, the bar was fun and had great food. The rooms would be much better if they didn't have carpet in them, it made the rooms a little musty Overall I would stay there again.”

“We checked in pretty late, and the physical key was left in the door for us. The lady in the office was super friendly, which really helped us relax during our stay. There were some relatively recent updates to the rooms that made them a bit more comfortable, and it looked like they were doing some renovations on the other side of the building. Other things needed a refresh, or at the very least some attention/deep cleaning. The shower head was pretty oldschool and made it seem like there was no...
