Hotel vicino a Harkins Theatre - Prescott Valley

“They yelled at me for booking on Expedia. My reservation said accessible but they didn’t have an accessible room. I need one. The front desk guy said, you never book on Expedia. I said they are sending customers like me. I stayed my visit. I didn’t shower. The bathroom was tough. The bed was hard. I didn’t like the place”

“Abbiamo trascorso due notti in camere doppie con balcone. Letto molto conodo, camera pulita. La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona. Comoda la lavanderia con asciugatrice (3 dollari in tutto piu un dollaro per il detersivo. Bella la piscina con asciugamani disponibili e sedia per supporto disabili. Gentilissima la signora della reception”

“The hotel was unique. It was a historical hotel it was decorated with very nice antiques. The bed and pillows were great. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They had entertainment along with happy hour food and drinks. It was close to everything within walking distance. I would stay there again.”

“The elevator did not work and the bistro was closed for repairs. In addition the speakeasy had cancelled the live music. We also were not told there would be no housekeeping services. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. I would stay again just because of its location.”

“This is my second stay at this property and both times were amazing. Staff is super friendly. Property and rooms are very clean nestled in Ponderosa Pines. Will definitely stay here when I come to Prescott.”

“The size of the room was great and it was clean, easy to move around. The bed size was very good and very comfortable. Clean sheets also. In the negative sidethe microwave was broken and the toilet size was for a new born baby. When I went to take a shower the water pressure was poor and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. When i came back from dinner my parking spot was taken and i had to park 150 yards away.”
