“Only made the bed three out of five days. Carpeting in halls worn filthy and disgusting. Never cleaned my bathroom or the floors. Staff was accommodating. Was extremely disappointed that pool and hot tub were not working. I picked that location because of that. Would have liked some communication ahead of time. I would have switched hotelz”

“I was met by a friendly staff member, who was very helpful. The room I was given was dirty. The staff member quickly changed my room to a room in the back of this hotel that is on the ground floor. In this area the rooms are all on the ground floor. There were a few problems that are not worth mentioning, but not being able to get the water warm enough to shower was concerning. “The bathroom was not very clean. The hygiene product bottles were visibly dirty; there was pink mildew in the sink and on the sink faucet and shower head; the toilet seat was missing a button and urine was visible in the crevices. The tub caulking was really gross. The water also went hot and cold intermittently when showering. The staff was very, very friendly. The beds were comfy. ”
