“Lovely Farm House! Everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a window AC unit in it, but there were plenty of fans in the house. We were able to use the box fan in the doorway to cool the room off. With 90 degree temps the other window units kept the house really cool, which was a blessing! Will definitely visit this property again! ”

“We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!”

“This house is something you’d see in a movie or someone’s dream home. Absolutely beautiful property and incredible location! Owner was marvelous and very accommodating. Also the stars at night are breathe taking!”
