“My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. ”

“So outdated. The shower pressure, the popcorn ceiling, the yellow walls! 400 a night is a disgrace.”

“The building is old and in a rundown area of Hartford. They are working on renovations floor by floor. The night I was there they posted that The 4th floor was closed for renovation so what floor did they put me in! The third floor and what time did construction come the next morning? 630 am! I mean seriously! Breakfast was very good and was kept full and hot dishes kept hot. The staff were always visible. I had requested a room with two queen and a pull out couch because three of us were...

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“Sistema di riscaldamento/aria condizionata molto rumoroso. In inverno se si spegne la temperatura si abbassa rapidamente e dormire con tutto quel rumore (ed aria) e' difficoltoso. Per il resto tutto ok.”

“Needs a serious make over. OTTOMAN cover was shredding. GOODWILL would reject their towels. We stayed for Five nights, and everyday one or two towels were ripped. Not just holes bur length long rips. HUGE stain on carpet visited the restaurant. $10 for bowl of soup. Barely filled bottom of bowl Manager did get me a free bowl”

“The Inn and the innkeepers were lovely. The decor is quirky and elegant at the same time. Every convince is thought of. The fireplace in every room is a fabulous touch. We can’t wait to visit again soon”

“There was no WiFi or TV”

“Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay”

“There was no breakfast. Rooms were not clean. I had to go from room to room due to plumbing issues that was happening before i got in the room”
