“The shuttle service was amazing and a big help to get us to rolling loud. and all of the staff were awesome but we did have one complaint about one staff member who was extremely rude When he wanted to confront us about a noise complaint he made the situation worse instead of diffusing the situation. And the room seemed pretty clean other than the bathroom there was hairs on the shower head and the wall. Great hotel just need to make sure they clean that bathroom better”

“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“Clean, comfortable and great staff! Pet Friendly! They should not charge $60 to add on the a breakfast! That’s the price of a good brunch with mimosas! The breakfast buffet is not special in anyway; it’s more like a basic budget style maybe worth $18. I recommend skipping that add-on and choose from the menu if you want convenience of eating downstairs, or have breakfast at numerous places in close proximity.
